QuickBooks Tips and Tricks Post It NoteThis post is part of an ongoing series we will be running in the upcoming weeks and months on tips and tricks to make it easier for small business owners to understand and use QuickBooks as efficiently as possible.

QuickBooks Tip: QuickBooks makes progress billing easy for both business owners and their clients to use. In the Edit Menu, under Preferences, click on Job & Estimates, then pick Yes for Progress Billing. This will allow billing for particular projects, with the invoice showing the total amount agreed to, as well as what has been billed to date.
