QuickBooks Tips and Tricks Post It NoteThis post is part of an ongoing series we will be running in the upcoming weeks and months on tips and tricks to make it easier for small business owners to understand and use QuickBooks as efficiently as possible.

QuickBooks lets you see outstanding cheques with one click on Cheque Register. If the cheque has cleared through your bank reconciliation it will have a check in the column next to the Payment column, if it has been cleared only through your bank download but not your bank rec, there will be an asterisk in this column.
