Why do invoices I paid in July 2012 show up in the Tax Agency detail report dated April 2012-June 2012 and not on the report dated July 1 2012 to September 30 2012?

Hi Janine,
Thanks for your question. The HST will appear in the Tax Agency detail report based upon the date of the invoice. It isn’t based upon the date the invoice was paid. So if you paid an invoice in July, but it was a June invoice, it will show up in your April – June report. Hope that helps!
