The New Year is a time where changes, updates and upgrades are expected across the board – some big, some small. Here’s one that from Intuit that, while not Earth-shattering, is still important for business owners to be aware of: news regarding the January 2014 Payroll Tax Tables for QuickBooks.
This is the email they sent out:
Dear Juliet,
We are pleased to inform you that the January 2014 Payroll Tax Tables will be available on Monday December 16, 2013.
Please ensure you have your “Automatic Update” setting turned on in QuickBooks so you can receive the update as soon as it is available.
1. Go to the Help menu and click Update QuickBooks.
2. In the Update QuickBooks window, click the Options tab.
3. Select Yes to enable the Automatic Update option.
4. Save the change.
