In our continuing series of helping you become more efficient with QuickBooks Online, here are some keyboard shortcuts to navigate your way through the QBO world.

Finding Stuff with Shortcut Keys in QBO:
1. [CTRL] + [ALT] = F – from wherever you are in QBO, pressing this combination of keys will open up a Search or “Find” box for you
2. [CTRL] + [ALT] = V – pressing this combination of keys will open up your Supplier Centre
3. [CTRL] + [ALT] = C – from wherever you are in QBO, pressing this combination of keys will open up your Customer Centre
4. [CTRL] + [ALT] = L – from wherever you are in QBO, pressing this combination of keys will open up every list available within QBO for your company – Product/Service Lists, Chart of Accounts, List of Recurring Transactions
